Upon placing a pre-order, an email notification will be sent to your inbox once the exact shipment date is confirmed and your package is processed.

Kindly be advised that we are not responsible for customs/duty clearance fees and package holding times in your country. In the event of a package being returned by customs, any associated fees are not our liability.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that any duties or taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes, Duties, and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

 

Return Policy

We are not liable for inaccurate shipping details given at checkout. No reimbursements will be granted for incorrect address submissions. Ensure all shipping information is accurate prior to order processing. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs if incorrect address is provided. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, tracking will always be provided.

FAIE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from services rendered. Purchasing and shipping items carries inherent risks. Damage incurred during shipment is the courier's responsibility. FAIE holds no liability for lost or stolen items.

 

Returns

1. Item Condition: Returned merchandise should be unused, neatly folded in original packaging, with intact tags, and no signs of wash or wear. The merchandise must remain in the original condition received. We have the right to decline any returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Period: Customers must process a return within 30 consecutive days of delivery.

3. Final Sale Items: All sale items are non-refundable, including products purchased with discount codes of 30% or more.

It is the customer's responsibility to purchase their own return shipping label.
